I took this free assessment. We have all had a certain form of something unhealthy throughout life that has become a crutch to get us through a difficult time or helps us “cope”. It wasn’t alcohol for me. I had an unhealthy relationship with food and used to stress eat. I would also eat not mindfully…just snacking because the food tasted good and not because I was hungry. I’ve signed up for the Reset April 2026. I hope this assessment was one of the first steps to me finally fixing my relationship with food.

I love you’ll be a part of this reset Florence and sharing this. While my story centers around alcohol, there are a lot of other things that we can overcomfort on. This reset is a month long intentional awareness practice. Look forward to being able to support you. 🦋

This is such an important shift in perspective, Josh. As a peer specialist, I see so many people waiting for a "rock bottom" instead of simply asking: "Is this getting in the way of the life I want to lead?" The idea that alcohol doesn't just affect our evenings, but primarily our ability to recover, is key. Great work with this assessment!
