Peter would put on a sound bath on the Saturday night of the convention each year, and that was my introduction to sound baths.
It has been, for me, one of the easiest ways to go into a deep state of trance. So effortless.

Nice. I think in terms of “trance” myself. Hypnotism helped my mom quite a bit to quit smoking
